No injuries for Tom. Thats for sure. She eve participated in a charity golf event in Colorado Springs. And since most of the best players in the world will be skipping the tournament, I just think that this is the right action for Lang Ping. To hide Ogonna, Stacy and Logan. I also even wished that the Middles (Bown and Scott) should skip the tournament. Joines and Akinradewo can take care of the Middle very well. Tayyiba's minor injuries really bothers me.

Yes,I agree with that many best player are skipping with WGP.
I heard Yelena Pavlova(KAZ) will skip the 1st round too, also Erika Araki(JPN) have had injury and can't play this week.
I hope young players can do their best and improve their Level :)

I watched the game LIVE today, and I disappointed the result. If I say it's a test match.....it's OK,because all of members entered in today's game.
(Except Foluke. She had injury her ankle)
Digs and receives were really poor so a setter couldn't control a ball for attackers, also the outside hitter couldn't play good performances.
It was just first match of WGP, so I hope Team USA is getting better last matches :!:

GOOD POINTS! :D
Danielle Scott-Arruda DID very well. Jennifer Joines's blocks were good.Kristin Richards reception was good.
Angie McGinnis is high-tall setter, so I hope that she is going to be a good setter in the future.
The most surprising was that Heather Bown played attacking serves!!!!
I've never seen her attacking serves since a few years. THAT'S VERY COOL! :D

USA-KAZ 3-0 ( 25-16, 25-17, 25-18 )

First of all, I wrote Foluka has injury yesterday, but she played today.I was wrong...I'm sorry about that.

I watched today's game too! They played much better than yesterday. Team mood was good today.
All players DID very well, especially Nicole Davis was good reception and digs.
Kim Willoughby and Tayyiba Haneef-Park high kill percent.
Last 3rd set,Foluke Akinradewo entered a coat. I was happy to watch all players for 2 days

Tomorrow,Team USA will have a match against Japan. It's AWAY GAME.
Team USA and Japan are same pool in Beijing OG, so it's a big opportunity to research about Team Japan.
I think Team Japan will entry top-players( Only Araki changed Tajimi : MB)
I hope that Team USA will beat Japan and hopefully good start for 2nd round in Poland.
