USA beat Japan in 5 sets. Wooh im soo happy for my US team, they beat Japan in 5 sets though they lack 5 players: Tom, Ahmow-Santos, Busse, Nnamani and Sykora.
Congratulations USA, they are 2nd in Kobe leg. Im just a bit sad that the young players (akinradewo, richards, barboza and mcginnis) aren't getting quality playing time...
I agree with you Naa, Mcginnis is a tall and a verry promising setter. She will be the US setter in the future. She said in an interview that she likes the feeling of playing infront a lot of people, the adrenaline and etc.

USA-JPN 3-2 ( 27-29, 25-18, 18-25, 25-16, 15-13 )
I watched the game and it was very excited match!
Team USA always slow starter, 1st and 3rd set weren't good mood but always veteran players helped young players especially Danielle(Lots blocks) and Tayyiba(Lots kills) DID played well. And,Jen Joines used to play in Japanese league last season; she already knows Japanese play style so she played well too.The USA has a funny accident. Suddenly Kim Willoughby's right shoe was taken off during the match. and Heather picked and threw the shoe outside a coat.
NEW young players Cynthia Barboza and Angie McGinnis played as sub players a few minutes and they showed nice performance.
Team USA will play with new roster in Poland

I'm just wondering why Jenny didn't use many young players Team POL in bad condition with WGP, so I think it was good opportunity to use them.
I'd LOVE to watch Barboza, Willoughby, McGinnis, Richards and Akinradewo.
Robyn will join with NT next round, so someone will be off the roster...
