USA finished 9th place! USA couldn’t qualify for the Final Round, but I think Young Team USA worked hard. Some of players aren’t international high level yet, but they could touch the high level and it was good experiences for USA. It was the best thing for me is that Nancy Metcalf finally came back to NT since World Championships 2006. She always got high score and leaded young players. Always Robyn Ah Mow Santos or Lindsey Berg was there before, but now Courtney and Angie, both young players have to play without veterans. Setter is central position, USA reception was bad so it must be hard to toss up any balls. Kristin and Cynthia. I think both players can DO IT more high level. They played as sub last season, but this year they played as starter. I think both players are NEW HOPE in Team USA. They need use tip spike depend on the time. Foluke and Alexis, they also played without some of veterans, but they played very well, I think. Sykora and Nicole Davis, They have been playing as Team USA after Beijing OG. I think it’s hard keep pushing same USA level as Beijing OG. They are Silver Medalist. They always leaded young players and never get mad if young player missed something. Always cheer [ Come on! Let’s GO ] from defenses. I really want to say thanks to Stacy, Nancy and Nicole. They are GOOD Leader in Team USA.
