The U.S. Women's National Training Team finished its three-week training tour of China with a 5-3 record against club teams.
Team USA's tour of China was designed to allow the coaches to evaluate a younger group of players in preparation for Olympic Games roster selections.

Ping is evaluating the players but I don't think many of them will make their way to Beijing...
I think they'll be used more about Beijing and maybe in London

Lets face it, most of the players are NOT ready to compete yet. Except maybe the the veterans. assuming that we are talking about the Training Team, there a few players that can "possibly" make the Olympic Team...which I doubt it will happened. The college players on the A2 team is in no shape to compete in the elite international level at this point.

In fact I agree with you, I just typed it wrong... I wanted to mean that the young players won't be ok for Beijing, only for London 2012 Even many of those who are already practising with the NT...
I like some of the new players, they have a lot of potential, but they have a long way to go yet...
you guys are correct. I doubt if Lang Ping's going to add new faces to the team this Beijing. I just think she will be using the veterans which are proven and tested. Lets face it, USA is one of the those teams who has more veterans than young players, so I guess it would be okay if Lang Ping's going to add young players after the Beijing Olympics. Akinradewo, Barboza, Crimes, Klineman, Mcginnis, Hughes, Richards will definitely be USA's future.
