Toray - Denso : 3-2 ( 23-25, 24-26, 25-19, 25-19, 15-13 )
Hisamitsu - NEC : 3-1 ( 22-25, 25-23, 25-22, 25-17 )

Play-offs Rusult
1. Hisamitsu 1-0
2. Toray 1-0
3. Denso 0-1
4. NEC 0-1

Toray - Denso
I thought THAT'S is Play-off game, it was really close game. Saori KImura from Team JPN (Toray) had lots poor plays...but SHE is ACE in Japan, she is getting better and played well like always last. 1st set and 2nd set was Denso's mood, especially recieves and digs was great, and Spiker Rondon Cindy DID great job. But from 3rd set, Today's Cho-san from China is getting really great play.In the 5th set, can't stop Cho-san.

Hisamitsu - NEC

Hisamitsu is always slow starter so they lose 1st set. Miyuki Takahashi from NEC #1 played very well, but NEC DID too much poor serves and it helped for Hisamitsu, and seemed too much to use Ferreira from BRA. Logan also slow starter in 1st set, but she is getting good mood and lots played nice DIGS! Hisamitsu digs was good.

Today, Hisamitu will again vs. Toray.
We lost 3 times in a row in regular season...
But, I think now Hisamitsu mood is really good so we just believe their victory.

Naa, is this top match an annual event?
Also, is there prize money involved for the teams? :D

The [ V.League TOP MATCH ] started since 2005-06 season after Athens OG.
The competition is to improve Asia VB level between Japan and Korea (Both 1st place and 2nd place teams).
2005-06, 2006-07 season : Women competition was hold in Japan, and Men's competition was hold in Korea.
And this year, the location is changing!! This competition has a money prize for the team.

2005-06 : 1st place Hisamitsu ( in Japan )
2006-07 : 1st place Hisamitsu ( in Japan )
2007-08 : none ( Beijing OG year )
2008-09 : ( in Korea )

Yes.... Logan's more than 80% reception....
When she is in a back row position, always she is a target for serves and that means she can not play the Backrow Attacks. She DO Backrow Attacks and Normal Attacks, but sometimes it still seems the toss isn't fixing for her. Toss is low and TOO close to a net, and Logan pitches forwards... I think serving receives and toss control is the victory KEY POINTS!! Zhang from CHN and Nishiwaki are KEY players from Toray, and don't forget Saori Kimura from Team JPN.

We lost vs Toray 4 time in a row in this season....
It is not allowed to lose a game AGAIN :!:

Hi Naa, setting and hitting are some of the things that teams should have worked on during the whole season. I am surprised that Logan and her setter are not connecting well during the play-offs, but the stats certainly suggest that is the case :?

Meanwhile, Logan's serving and passing are much better now than in the regular season.

I think Toray will be difficult to beat, esp. if setter and Logan are not conencting well :(
