Play-Off 1. turu eşleşmesinde Vakıfbank Güneş Sigorta'yı 2-1'le geçerek yarı finale yükselen Galatasaray Bayan Voleybol Takımı'nın ABD'li milli oyuncusu Ogonna Nnamani, Galatasaray.org'a yaptığı açıklamada galibiyetin takım oyunuyla geldiğini söyledi.

"Seri boyunca oynadığımız tüm karşılaşmalar çok zorlu ve mücadeleci geçti. Ama biz takım olarak kazanabileceğimizi biliyor ve inanıyorduk. Tüm düşüncemiz bu yöndeydi. Antrenmanlarımızda, çalışmalarımızda, kızlarla beraber olduğumuz her ortamda bu seriden galibiyetle çıkacabileceğimizi konuşuyorduk. Takım oyunu oynadığımız zaman da galibiyeti kazanmış olduk.

Takım olarak çok iyi bir oyun sergiledik. Kızların hepsi ellerinden gelenin fazlasını yaptı. Bu kadar çok mücadele edip, çok isteyerek kazanınca da çok mutlu olduk. Fenerbahçe karşısında da aynı mücadeleyi sergilemeliyiz."
