I heard...
Before Hisamitsu vs. NEC, NEC knew that Toray won today. Toray's victory means that Toray finished 1st place in regular season. In Semi-final, the hardest schedule is for 2nd place team. 2nd place team has to play the first game in night(18:00 start) 4/3, and will play 1st game next day in 4/4. So NEC decided to play with resting their top players before today's game...But, Hisamitsu played TOP players from the beginning of the game, in 3rd set, Hisamitsu also played younger players. Almost players played today's game and focused for the semi-final (Logan changed after 2nd points in 3rd set )

[ Toray ]
All season, no one had serious injured and always keep stable playing. Toray only lost 2 games by Denso (0-3) and NEC (1-3). When they had 5set games, always WON! Zhang Yuehong is great player, her reception is good also can attack with nice ball control. Right now, Erika Araki (MB) from Team JPN is playing in Serie-A, ITA so she isn't there but young player helped team very well. Mariko Nishiwaki is Best attacker ( 1st ranking ) with total leg season. Saori Kimura from Team JPN also key player. Kana Oyama finally came backed on a coat the last game, she backed in 1 year and 4 months. It must be helpful team's mental more than military potential.

[ Hisamitsu ]
1st leg, many players were injured especially 1st setter injured was really BIG damage, so that's why lost all games in 1leg! She finally came acked from 2nd leg. they had very up down games so had lots full-sets games again weak teams... That's a bad point... Hisamitsu lost 3 times all games by Toray ( 2-3, 2-3, 1-3 ) It's good point that they never had lost 0-3 game!! always could get 1set at least ! Yuko Sano, Kanako Oyama, Ai Yamamoto from Team JPN, and Logan Tom from Team USA are KEY! Unfortunately, Miyuki Kano still has injury so she will not play this season. Hisamitsu has lots national players ( including just entries as Team JPN) Lots experience will help a team when they have hard condition, I think.
AND, LOGAN TOM is the best KEY ACE player!!!!

[ NEC ]
NEC lost 2 times in a row from the beginning in 1st leg, but WON 6 times in a row in 2nd leg. When the holding the 6 games, NEC only lost 2 set, and another 4 games were gotten 3-0 victories. Finally NEC qualified Play-offs as a first team. There are good servers in Team NEC. The most key player is Sachiko Sugiyama(MB) from Team JPN, she got Best Blocker. Miyuki Takahashi called Shin also good player, and Saori Akita she is left-handed player always played in middle of a game and DID nice play. Fofinha Ana Paula Lopes Ferreira from BRA, she used played with Hisamitsu 2 year ago, so she already knows Hisamitsu game style.

[ Denso ]
Team DENSO, I can say Blocker team! No one can stop Denso's blocks show in 1leg and finished 1se place in 1leg. But, in 2nd leg, 1st setter Yokoyama had injured and good mood is getting worse.. and down the ranking. Cindy Rondon injured end of 3leg and rest a game, but came backed the final game and qualified the play-offs. She is very powerful hitter, so she is handling a game. It's a key that how she is recovering her injury.

Hisamitsu tops on receiving category, but see what extremely poor performance they got on attacking. what's the problem with them?
IMO the setter (#17) didn't do a good job. If they wanna win the champion, they need an alternative to setter.
